A. VERBENA NESTED TREASURES
Not only is this
spot, located in the original Ocala Opera House, a delightfully
feminine spot to browse and shop and inspire you, it’s home to the
talented Laura DellaPorta, who this summer graced the pages of
Romantic Country magazine. The owner, designer, artist and
entrepreneur shows off several creations on the pages of this
national magazine. Stop in and ask her about the article and see
why Verbena Nested Treasures is a true Ocala treasure.

B. STUDIO 9
Designer, and especially friend of
Family Times, Jessi Miller takes her passion for design and couples
her art talents with that of Richard Rosetto in a collaborative and
creative space called Studio 9. Jessi - a well-known graphic
designer – Little Black Mask Marketing – with many years of local
magazine design experience, also is a talented painter. Rosetto, a
photo journalist of some 30 years, many with the Ocala Star Banner,
describes himself as an, “artist in a photographer’s body.” Richard
is best known for his prolific work on the Florida Springs. In
fact, Studio 9 is hosting an exhibit of these works on September
25th. Be sure to stop in to one of their many upcoming events or
shows and see why they’re a refreshing addition to Downtown
Ocala.
