Cook Away for the Holiday!
Did you cook and cook over the Thanksgiving holiday? I went into Publix today and saw a display of stuffing, gravy, etc., and thought...Didn't I just do this? No matter, I love to switch it up for the holidays. I know a lot of "experts" tell you NOT to try something new when you have a holiday meal and guests. But to me, what better time! Eating Healthy, Pshaw!
Love the Ruby Tuesday salad bar...who doesn't?? When my husband travels on business, my youngest and I make it a point to have a "date night" at Ruby Tuesdays. It's quiet and the food is always fresh...and that salad bar! Heading to the salad bar I get a little nervous because there is a petite, 80+ yo woman who made it there somehow just before us, and my son has little-to-no patience.

EDITOR'S CORNER
Once again we are moving into a new year, 2011! Not quite the ring of 20-10, but we move on. This will be my 5th year as Editor and Owner of Family Times Magazine and I'm so proud of all the strides we have made. This year we're planning a lot of great events to share with you.
First, you'll see us at Kidfetti at the end of February, with a special fun treat for the community. Don't forget our latest Private School Resource Guide comes out in our Feb/Mar issue as well. It's growing…
